The fire at the heart of every evening.

Guests gather around it the moment it is lit. The glow, the hardwood smoke and the chef at work turn dinner into the part of the night everyone remembers.

Why cook over open fire?

Wood fire gives food something no kitchen can: the flavor of hardwood smoke, the crust of a sear over glowing coals, and the slow tenderness of whole cuts cooked beside the heat.

It also changes how an event feels. An open fire is where people gather. Cooking in front of guests turns the meal into theater, conversation and memory, with Chef Melissa at the center of it.

From the first glowing coals to the last plate, the fire sets the pace of the evening and gives every guest a reason to come closer.

Crafted by hand for AURA.

The fire stations were designed and built for this experience, so they look as considered as the food that comes off them.

Hand-built in steel, each station carries a grate just above the coals for searing, a hanging grate above it for gentler heat, and iron crosses for whole cuts cooked slowly the Argentine way. Steel wagon wheels let the stations roll into place, and every venue is reviewed in advance to confirm the right spot for an open fire.
